BeetActive® Concentrate is naturally sweet tasting and is a great source of dietary nitrates. A single serving of 30ml contains the concentrated juice of approximately 4 beetroots.
This 473ml bottle makes approximately 16 glasses of diluted beetroot juice.

Mix 30ml of BeetActive® with 250ml (approx half pint) of water, or to taste.
Mix 30ml of BeetActive® Concentrate into your pre-workout shake or smoothie - For best results pre-workout consume a 30ml serving of BeetActive® 1-2 hours before training.
Mix 30ml with balsamic vinegar and olive oil and pour over leaves.
