Absolute Aromas and every oil in the organic range have been certified by the Soil Association. Each oil can be traced back to the farm where the plant was grown, through each stage of production and finally to the beautiful finished product. The organic range has been sourced from many reputable farms around the world. Absolute Aromas have visited many of the farms themselves, in order to ensure that the high levels of quality and purity that have made Absolute Aromas stand out in the marketplace, remain at the forefront of their company ethos. Indonesia is by far the largest producer of Patchouli. It is extensively used in perfumes, in combination with a wide variety of other oils. This oil is unusual in that it that tends to improve with age. This organic essential oil is produced by steam distillation of the leaves. It is not very easy to produce as it is a very sticky oil, and can result in a low yield. The distinctive aroma of Patchouli makes it familiar to many people and may explain its popularity in perfumes and skincare products. Try blending 1 drop of Patchouli, 1 drop of Geranium and 2 drops of Bergamot in 10ml of Apricot Kernel oil to use as a facial oil. A few drops each of Patchouli and Lavender added to an unfragranced handcream or vegetable oil, make a treat for neglected hands and feet.

Returns

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. However, should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to give a refund on a product provided it is in fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within 14 days and in original, sealed, undamaged packaging. Return postage costs will not be refunded unless the items are deemed faulty or damaged or you have received the wrong item.

When sending the item back to us, please include a copy of your order in the parcel.  On safe receipt a refund for the item will be made.   Return postage costs are not refunded unless you received an incorrect item, it is damaged or defective.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, used or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount as a re-stocking fee.

Until we receive the goods you are returning, they are your responsibility. For your protection and peace of mind, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return things.
